After being inspired at Shambala festival to hold space like never before, I have decided to release this recording.

I used this particular bowl for the 1:1 sessions and I really witnessed how the undertone, pulse of the bowl brought people into a deep meditation. Even with all the sounds of the festival going on. This clearly helped them relax and let go of any tension they where holding.

There for I have called this piece "Change"

The slow and gentle pulse that is emitted from the bowl allows us synchronise our heart, breath and nervous system with the sound/sensation. Highlighting one of the principles of sound used as a therapy.

Within the recording I have added a crow, for me this signifies change, rebirth, life and death.

I have also added a brook running continuously in the background. This to me signifies the infinite flow that is all around us.


For best listening experience use half volume.
Loud noises can damage hearing.
